1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, powercomponentskit.com (the "Site"), or purchasing and using our digital products ("Components"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site and our Components.

2. Purchases and Payment

All purchases of our Components are processed through our trusted merchant of record, Creem.io. When you purchase a Component, you are entering into an agreement with Creem.io for the transaction.

  • Creem.io handles all payment processing, tax collection, and digital delivery of the purchased files.
  • We (Power Components Kit) do not handle, process, or store your sensitive payment information, such as credit card numbers.
  • All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of Creem.io. For any issues related to payment, billing, or delivery, please refer to their policies or contact their support team.

3. License Grant

This is the most important part. We want you to get incredible value from our Components, so we've made our license simple and permissive.

Upon successful purchase of a Component, we grant you a perpetual (lifetime), non-exclusive, worldwide license to use that Component.

a. What You Can Do

  • You can use the Component in an unlimited number of personal, commercial, or client-related Microsoft Power Apps applications.
  • You can modify the Component's source code for the sole purpose of integrating it into your Power Apps applications.

b. What You Cannot Do

The license is for usage, not for resale. You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Component or any of its source code or compiled files, either as-is or as part of another product or template.
  • Making the Component files (source or compiled) publicly available for others to download.
  • Using our brand name or the Component name to create a competing product.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All Components are the property of Power Components Kit. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Components as described in Section 3; it does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights of the Components to you. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Components.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

However, we stand by the quality of our products. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents a Component from working as described on its product page, please contact our support team at support@powercomponentskit.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to fix the problem, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Components and the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Power Components Kit or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Components, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil.
